Description:
Adults who have a chronic lung disease such as COPD, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, asthma, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis and pulmonary fibrosis can benefit from the program.
The eight week outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation program combines education and physical exercise to help clients gain control of their breathing condition. The group meets two days per week for 2 ½ hours each day.

Eligibility Criteria
Criteria:
Participants must be motivated to participate and must be able to commit to eight week program duration. Individuals with acute heart disease or high risk for falls are not appropriate for this program.
