Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on our thoughts and
perceptions and how it causes us to feel and behave as we do. Strategies aimed at reducing level of depression and anxiety and enhancing coping skills for managing problems and everyday stresses. A closed group of 8 to 10 members.
