Service Details
Description:
Minds in Motion is an 8-week program designed for people living with mild to moderate dementia and a care partner to attend together. This 2-hour program, offered once weekly, combines physical activity with brain-stimulating activities and social recreation.
Available in-person throughout Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, and Haliburton, as well as in a virtual format.
An intake assessment is completed with all referrals to ensure the program will meet individual needs.
