Description:
Support groups for people who are caring for someone living with dementia are available in-person throughout Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland & Haliburton. There is also the option of both daytime and evening virtual groups.
An intake assessment will be completed with all referrals to ensure the program will meet individual needs.
