Service Details
Description:
Social recreation program for individuals diagnosed with dementia before age 65, who are in the early to moderate stage.
Sessions are held weekly in Lindsay, Peterborough, and Cobourg.
An intake assessment will be completed with all referrals to ensure the program will meet individual needs.

Eligibility Criteria
Criteria:
Participants must be experiencing a "young" onset dementia i.e: disease symptoms began prior to age 65.
