Service Details
Description:
The In-Home Recreation Program provides an opportunity for people living with dementia to participate in a 1-hour weekly visit with a trained volunteer. Activities are tailored to the needs of the individual client.
An intake assessment will be completed with all referrals to ensure the program will meet individual needs.
