Description:
Services for care partners and individuals living with dementia or mild cognitive impairment (MCI).
Alzheimer Society programs connect individuals with ongoing support to help with understanding and managing symptoms; planning for the future; navigation of the healthcare and community support systems; and opportunities to connect with other people who share similar experiences.
Support is available through one-on-one meetings (in-person, by phone, email, or video conference), as well as in group settings, such as support groups for care partners, social recreation programs, and educational workshops.
