Our Community Housing Access Centre processes all applications. We make offers for housing and keep your information up to date so that housing providers can reach you when a unit becomes available.
You can apply online using the Community Housing Applicant portal which can be found on our website. You can print and complete the affordable housing application which can be found on our website or visit a Welcome Space for additional support at 99 Regina St. S. in Waterloo, 150 Main St. in Cambridge, or 20 Weber St. E. in Kitchener.

Affordable Community Housing gives individuals and families with low- to moderate-income households the opportunity to rent a housing unit at a lower cost.
The Region of Waterloo owns and operates more than 2,700 affordable rental units in Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Woolwich, Wellesley and Wilmot townships.
