Description:
12-week supervised exercise and education program is for people with an type of cancer at any stage. Consists of group exercise sessions and education sessions. CanWell is offered through a partnership between the YMCA, Hamilton Health Sciences and McMaster University. Hamilton Health Sciences provides a physiotherapist and advance practice nurse.
