Description:
Gentle exercise sessions for frail seniors, those with chronic illness or disability available to community members.
Helps improve or maintain functional fitness, balance and strength to maintain independence.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic this program is offered with modifications to ensure the safety of the client and provider.
