Description:
Frozen meal delivery is available on Tuesday mornings, or arrangements can be made for pick-up during regular business hours at the VON Perth Community Support Services office.

Eligibility Criteria
Criteria:
- Senior and/or an adult with a disability living within the Municipality of North Perth.
- A person recovering from illness or surgery living within the Municipality of North Perth.
- A person unable to care for their own nutritional needs living within the Municipality of North Perth.
