Description:

Provides a variety of attendant care services include: bathing and washing, toileting, bowel and bladder care, rising from/retiring to bed, dressing/undressing, personal grooming, mobility/transferring, meal preparation/feeding, laundry assistance, light housekeeping, and assistance with grocery shopping.

Minimum Age: 16 yrs
Criteria:
Registrant is an adult with a permanent physical disability, able to direct their own care and require physical assistance with Activities of Daily Living..
