Service Details

Description:

Nutritious hot meals are delivered to the home by caring volunteers for residents within the Kingston community. We provide meals to seniors, persons recovering from illness, surgery, persons with disabilities or those who aren’t able to do their own grocery shopping and/or cook for themselves.
Delivery service allows us to provide both nutrition and a safety check at the client’s doorstep.
Frozen meals are delivered in Kingston bi-weekly between 11:00am and 1:00pm.

Frozen meals are delivered to Wolfe Island once a month or can be picked up at the office.

Special Diets Available: Diabetic, Low Sodium, Minced, Puree

Cost to Client:

$7.50 per entree; $2.50 per dessert or soup, or reduced if eligible for subsidy
