Description:
Gentle restorative yoga classes provided by volunteer Certified Yoga Instructors. Yoga offered Friday mornings in six week cycles. Please register by calling Hospice of Waterloo Region.

For caregivers, bereaved persons, community palliative clients able to engage in yoga.
