Works closely with persons who have been deemed Incompetent to Proceed (ITP) by a court of law. Henderson’s professional staff ensure individuals receive the mental health and competency restoration services they need and want. They advocate for due process in the criminal justice system and support the individual in regaining their competency. Services are designed to assist and guide individuals in re-connecting with society and rebuilding skills in identified roles in their environment.
