6.4FTE staff including Mental Health Workers (disciplines incl. Gerontology, Recreation Therapy, Kinesiology, RN, SW)

Eligibility Criteria
Criteria:
Age of 65 years + (or younger provided there is an age-related impairment) with a mental health concern including dementia, depression, delirium, substance abuse, or cognitive impairment. Service does not go to Long-Term Care Home.
