Description:
Nordic Pole Walking is one of the fastest-growing low-impact exercises. Pole walking has been shown to burn more energy than regular walking, uses 90 per cent of the body's muscles, and is also a great social activity. Sessions are led by certified volunteer instructors. A limited number of walking poles can be provided for participants who do not have their own.
