Description:
The Meals on Wheels Program offers Hot and Frozen meal options to Seniors (65+) and Adults with physical disabilities residing within the City of Guelph or Wellington County.
Hot meals are delivered Monday- Friday around the lunch hour. All hot meals are homemade and prepared fresh daily. The cost is $8.75/meal and includes an entree, soup and dessert. Dietary restrictions may be accommodated.
Note: Guelph hot meals are prepared at St. Joseph's Health Care Centre and North and Centre Wellington hot meals are prepared at the Wellington Terrace LTC home.
Frozen meals are delivered to clients within Wellington County and the City of Guelph. The cost is $6.75/entree and $2.50/soup. The menu can be viewed at entreeplus.com.
