Description:
Through this service you will receive regular telephone check in calls to confirm your wellbeing, or the wellbeing of a family member.
These check in calls help to ensure safety, and reduce isolation. Knowledgeable staff can help recommend and initiate other services to support individuals to stay well at home as needed.

- 60 years of age and over as well as individuals with special needs - Residing in the Town of Arnprior and the Township of McNab/Braeside.- Confined to home due to illness, recent surgery or other ailment
