Sessions run continuously.The warm water therapy pool has many physiological benefits including assisting with recovery and increase flexibility and range of motion. Typically, this aquatic rehabilitation occurs much faster and with less stress on the body than a typical post rehabilitation exercise class. We have specific classes for general mobility: Hips, Knees, Strokes and "Back and Shoulders".

WECC has an Attendant Care Worker Tuesdays and Thursdays (11:30am to 2:30pm) to assist with changing and transition to the pool deck.
