Guelph Transit Mobility Service provides service from accessible-door-to-accessible-door within Guelph city limits. This is a shared-ride service that will pick up other passengers along the route and trips may be up to 40-55 minutes in length.
Drivers will provide assistance to passengers using a wheelchairs via wheelchair accessible ramps from a street-level-door-to-a-street-level door; walking assistance will also be provided to ambulatory passengers. It is the passengers responsibility to ensure that someone is available to assist them if there is more than one step at their pick-up location or destination; drivers will not enter a building past the second set of doors.
