Youth and families are supported through a wrap-around service model that includes collaborations with service partners to address concerns related to the justice system, education, employment, and other components of health, wellness, and healing. Through prevention and intervention-based services in both one-on-one and group settings, the Program can assist in breaking down barriers, bridging gaps in existing services, improving social outcomes for youth, fostering resilience, and preventing further escalation into crisis.
