Description:
This free service provides Dundas area seniors 55+ with short-term counselling assistance service (1 to 2 meetings) which, if the need is longer term, will be referred to other services. Our staff can assist with problem-solving, assistance with completing forms and applications and referrals to other services including therapeutic counselling and assessment.
Referrals to local therapeutic counselling are made to assist with more complex needs for seniors facing mental health or emotional challenges.
