Description:
Led by a perinatal mental health facilitator experienced with NICU stays, this virtual peer support group is for parents who are currently or previously experienced time in the NICU for any reason. Birthing parents and partners are both welcome to attend.
Experiences in the NICU are unique and complex, with parents of NICU babies being at increased risk of experiencing Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders and/or PTSD. Our group is a safe space for parents to connect with others with similar lived experiences and receive helpful resources.
