Description:
Register to attend six week series with Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday sessions from 3pm-4:30pm. Appropriate for seniors and adults with disabilities interested in learning about strength and balance, getting started with exercise and preventing falls. Please wear appropriate footwear, and bring a water bottle.

OPEN TO PUBLIC. Registration required. Completion of a PARQ form prior to the first class and waiver form are required. It is recommended you talk to your family doctor if you have not been exercising regularly before starting the class.
