If you or your loved one has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, you may be referred to this service.

Whether you are living at home, in Long Term Care, or in the Hospice Suite you may receive volunteer support.

This can include: Respite Care, Spiritual Support, Music Therapy, Pet Therapy, and Bereavement Support.

Trained volunteers will be matched to clients and their family for weekly or daily visits based on needs and common interests.
