This workshop will lead into weekly check-ins (on Wednesdays) where you will learn about intuitive eating and receive support with healthy lifestyle changes by setting weekly goals.

There will be an opportunity for weekly weight, blood pressure, and measurement check-ins if desired.

You must attend the intro session to register. A new enrolment session will be offered each month to join the ongoing group.
