Within the domain of our Memory Clinic each patient has in-depth Cognitive Screening through accredited tools by a Nurse Practitioner or Nurse. During the same appointment, a Social Worker meets with the patient's caregiver for further screening and support. Collaboration with the physician is carried out and results in a family meeting at the end of the one-hour evaluation.
