Description:
Stay connected with peers in your community and make new friends. Our Seniors’ Lunch Program is a great way for independent seniors to enjoy a hot, well-balanced meal, and take part in social and recreational activities in a friendly and inclusive environment. Activities can include gentle stretches and active games, mental stimulation and discussions, celebrations and special presentations.
