Description:
The Balance of Care program is funded by the Central LHIN through the Ontario Ministry of Health's Aging at Home initiative. The Balance of Care program provides eligible clients with therapeutic, recreational and personal care that enables them to remain at home safely, thereby reducing the pressures on acute care hospitals and the long-term care system.
