Description:
All units are large one-bedroom apartments, and provide tenants with direct ground level access. Monthly rent fees include all utilities, and all units are prewired for telephone and cable TV.
Offering Assisted Living Programs funded by the Ministry of Health, and provided and co-ordinated by One Care Home and Community Support Services.

$994 per month - This includes basic rent, hydro, hot water, cable and amenity fee.
Residents may purchase monthly packages that include meals and activities through Blue Water Rest Home.
With funding from the Local Health Integration Network, personal care can be subsidized based on need.

Criteria:
- 55 years of age or older- be insured under the Health Insurance Act of Ontario- Have a permanent physical disability or limitations that requires physical assistance with activities of daily living- Be able to direct their own care
