Aquafit Programs
Exercise with the use of water to support the body to reduce the risk of muscle or joint injury.
Fitness Group
Exercise sessions where participants develop physical fitness and/or skills within a defined sport. May be either beginners or advanced.
Community Centre
Facilitates activities in a supported setting such as recreation, fitness, social, educational programs and events. Specialized programs in post-rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and nutrition education may also be available. Usually membership based.

Assesses people with cognitive impairment for specific responsive behaviours such as agitation, repetition, and wandering arising from dementia, mental health or addictions. Works collaboratively with caregivers to identify strategies to manage the behaviour and reduce risks.
Geriatric Medicine Clinic
Provides geriatric medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment by a team of health professionals who are experts in seniors' health. Typical concerns include falls prevention, medication management and cognitive decline.
Geriatric Psychiatry Clinic
Provides geriatric mental health assessment, diagnosis, counselling and treatment by a team who are experts in seniors' mental health.Typical concerns include confusion, anxiety, depression and psychosis.
