Affordable Housing Affordable housing for people with low to moderate income that is owned or administered by the Region. Includes apartment buildings, townhouses, semi-detached, and single family homes.

Court Support Services Provides short-term case management for individuals with mental health and/or substance use concerns who are involved in the criminal justice system. Includes help navigating court processes, meeting legal conditions, and connecting to community services.

Day Treatment Provides intensive, structured daytime mental health treatment delivered by a multidisciplinary team. Delivered on a regular weekday schedule and may include individual, group, and skills-based interventions, without requiring overnight stay.

Mental Health Clinic Provides mental health assessment, diagnosis, counselling and treatment by a team who are experts in mental health.

Psychotherapy Psychotherapy services offered by registered social workers, therapists and psychotherapists.

Support Group In-person meetings where members provide each other with help for a particular life challenge. Often involves relating personal experiences and providing sympathetic understanding. May be clinician or volunteer-led.

Transitional Living Home A home where a person in need of care and supervision can live while learning skills to live independently.
