Service Details
Description:
Francophone Support Worker assists Francophone seniors & adults with chronic or mental health conditions or other challenges, or who experience social isolation due to language, health, transportation, financial or other barriers to navigate community based programs and connect with French language based services or English based when French service is not available. Support worker available to meet clients or their caregivers in their homes, in the office or by phone.
