Emotional, social and spiritual support for those with life-limiting illnesses and their families. While you may have many health care providers involved in caring for your physical health (including potentially Acclaim Health Nurses or Personal Support Workers) this program is focused on what you may be feeling and thinking about. We will listen, work hard to understand your needs, support you and your family, share resources, and connect you to additional community services as your needs change. Depending on your wishes and ability, volunteers may be able to take you out for an activity or to socialize. This program is offered free of charge through the generosity of our volunteers, funders and donors.
