Description:

The Newcomer Youth Program (NYP) at West Neighbourhood House has been supporting newcomer
youth across Toronto since 2008. The program for youth 13-24 focuses on skill-building, fighting social
isolation, promoting civic engagement, and building English-language skills.



The NYP also has a Family Reunification Program stream that provides support to newcomer youth
and their families who have experienced many years of family separation and are currently going
through the reunification and settlement process in Canada.



Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the program is currently taking place virtually.



PLEASE NOTE:
- Newcomer youth age 13 to 17 need to have a parent/guardian to complete this form.
- Newcomer youth age 18 to 24 may complete this form themselves.
