Description:
Transitioning home from a rehab hospital after surgery may be overwhelming, especially if you dont feel one hundred percent, or dont like changing your routine, or fear reinjury. Because transitions are inherently unstable, our Occupational Therapists work with you to make your home environment as safe as possible. If you take away the danger, you effectively remove the stress, and then your body can focus on the repair work. A relaxed mindset has been proven to encourage the healing process.
