Description:
A Dementia Friend provides education and training to support you, your colleagues, your friends. A Dementia Friend is someone who learns a little bit more about what it’s like to live with dementia and then turns that understanding into simple actions that can help people with dementia live well.
Un ami de la santé cognitive offre de l'éducation et de la formation pour vous, vos collègues et vos amis. Un ami de la santé cognitive se renseigne sur la réalité de l'Alzheimer et des maladies apparentées afin de poser des gestes simples pour aider les personnes atteintes à vivre mieux.
