VON Adult Day Programs are designed to provide respite for caregivers and to support and maintain client health, ability and independence. Programs provide an opportunity for older adults who are frail, isolated, or who may be living with a disability, cognitive impairment or chronic illness to socialize with others in a safe, supportive environment. Members of the ADP enjoy two daily nutritional breaks as well as lunch. Members benefit from a structured predictable environment that supports independence. Overnight weekend respite available to members, VON SMART exercise provided daily, crafts, active games, social time, musical entertainment and much much more!
