Offering essential support to individuals with vision loss. There is a variety of services offered including helping navigate health care.



When an individual suddenly loses vision, there are not supports in place, and their personal safety can be at risk. The urgent support provided will ensure the person's safety, and then they will transition to short term



Short term goal assistance can include a personalized rehabilitation plan, finding the right low vision aids, teaching techniques for completing daily tasks, and help with learning basic travel skills.



Long term goal assistance is provided once the short term goals are completed. These long term goals are focused on advanced independence goals, which typically require a larger number of visits.



Also provided is early intervention for children with vision loss to help improve life quality and education supports.
