Description:
Each day the participants have the opportunity to take part in a variety of social, recreational, and physical activities, including special events and wellness education. Participants receive nutritious meals and snacks and assistance with activities of daily living. Service provision is respectful of culture, ethnicity, family traditions, community, language, sexual orientation and spiritual beliefs of the members.

- Individuals living in the community who are physically frail, have a cognitive impairment, or are socially isolated.
