Service Details
Description:

A vibrant non-profit organization that provides social, recreational and educational opportunities for older adults aged 50 years and better. As a Seniors Active Living Centre, we are focused on addressing social isolation and reducing barriers for older adults. We provide social, physical, recreation, arts, educational, health, and wellness activities. Older adults receive a social prescription to our organization, where a trained Volunteer Link Ambassador supports them to connect to programs and activities and follows up at regular intervals to track progress and changes in health outcomes.
