Community nursing clinics provide publicly-funded, patient-centred, high-quality, specialized nursing care. Clinic nurses will jointly design a care plan and schedule based on your needs and health goals. They provide specialized services – including wound care, intravenous therapy, catheter, diabetes, ostomy care – and health teaching to meet your needs.
