The Guelph Wellington After Stroke Chapter hosts monthly luncheons (bring your own brown bag). A post-recovery support, education and recreational programs for stroke survivors, their families and caregivers. Through work with local peer support members, they provide information, resources and a network of mutual support. Local meetings, activities and seminars provide an opportunity for stroke survivors to develop new skills, make new friends and gain a better understanding of what to expect. Your not alone.
