The Assisted Living Services was developed by the LHIN to address the needs of high risk seniors living at home with the hope of keeping people in their homes longer through the provision of personal support and homemaking services. This community services provides personal support services, homemaking, care coordination, and security checks on a scheduled visitation basis.
