The goals of the senior day away program are:

• To provide a therapeutic program of social contact, meaningful activities, stimulation and support for the elderly or adults with physical disabilities living independently or with assistance in the community.

• To promote healthy living.
• To assist individuals in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of independence.
• To encourage social interaction and to prevent isolation.
• To provide family respite, support and education.

Our services include:
• Transportation to and from programs for those living within the city of Cornwall
• Social and recreational activities
• Exercise programs
• Health promotion and other educational activities
• A hot nutritious meal at noon and nourishment in the morning and afternoon.
