Keep me Home is based on the concept that the people in our lives; friends, families, neighbours, coworkers, members of our faith communities and social organizations want to help. Very often, these individuals are not aware of how they can provide assistance.
This program helps to co-ordinate an informal caregiving team that meets the unique needs of each family.
