Description:

Our virtual Prenatal Education Groups offer a supportive and informative space for expecting parents to build confidence and prepare for pregnancy, labour, birth, postpartum recovery, infant feeding, and newborn care. Through a series of topic-focused sessions, participants will gain practical knowledge, explore medical and non-medical birth supports, learn how to navigate the unexpected, and develop tools to feel empowered throughout their parenting journey. These groups are designed to help families feel informed, supported, and ready for the transition into parenthood.
