Infant Massage Group – April Series
Join us for a 5-week Infant Massage Group designed to support bonding, connection, and infant development in a warm and welcoming space. Through guided instruction, caregivers will learn gentle massage strokes that promote infant relaxation, support developmental milestones, and may help relieve common infant discomfort. This group also provides an opportunity to connect with other caregivers in community.

What’s Included:
Snacks provided each week (Kindred)
Winter essential kit and basic baby items provided at the first session (Mamas for Mamas)
Additional baby items and a certificate provided at the final session (Kindred)
Dates & Time:
Wednesdays, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. April 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29.
This is a 5-week series. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions.
Who Is This For?
Female-identifying and non-binary caregivers and their infants under 1 year old. Caregiver eligibility requirements are aligned with Women’s Centre daytime programming policies.

Women’s Centre of Calgary, 39 4 St NE, Calgary, AB T2E 3R6
Parking & Transit:
Free parking lot located on the south side of the building. Two-hour street parking is also available. Accessible via bus routes #4, #5, and #90. Approximately a 15-minute walk from City Hall Station or Bridgeland Memorial Station. Please allow extra time for parking, as the Centre can be busy during community programs. Let us know if transportation is a barrier.
