Our Mental Health Services are available to children, youth and young adults ages 0 - 24, as well as their caregiver, who live in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington.

To book an appointment for yourself or on behalf of someone else, use the link below and simply enter the address and complete our short referral form. If you need help or have questions, please call us at 613-546-8535.

During your appointment, our Mental Health Counsellors may discuss additional Maltby Centre services that may benefit you or your child/youth based on your needs. Once we receive your referral, you will get an email with your appointment time within two business days.
